Dodpur – the Indic Golden City that tourists usually avoid becouse of the difficulty of visiting the most interesting palces. Indeed, the city of Dodpur is problematically located. To get there it takes ages! Ok, I’m joking but it takes much longer than getting to other (more poopular among tourists cities). So well, only sturdy, determined people are able to reach the city and all its wonderfull cultural herritage. But when I finally got there – trust me I was the happiest person in the world, because what I saw there was totally over my expectations! The city is just… breathtaking. But you better know that the worst time for visiting this part of the country is fall. Why? It’s not about rain and cloudy weather no no… It’s all about the heat! Fall is the hottest time in that region. Sometimes, the temperature reaches over 50 degrees Celcius! For the first time I felt like I was in the middle of some hot desert! However, staying in Dodpur you will also find many nicer places where you can relax indeed. Except the desertic areas that are hard to stay for long, I was impressed by the beauty of local lakeside, large forests’ shadow and wonderful animals that I know I would not find in any place in Europe or America.
Have been there! The best are those charming colourful markets. You can buy there the strangest fruits I’ve ever seen lol
